Hibiscus Cooler

When peaches are in season and the heat is high, make a huge pitcher of this cooler to share with your neighbors on the front porch. Stay thirsty my friends…

3 cups water
6 bags Red Zinger tea
pitcher of ice
6 cups Ginger Ale
1½ cups dark or light rum (optional)
2-3 sliced peaches
Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and steep the tea for 5-6 minutes. Add ice to a pitcher. Remove tea bags from tea and allow to cool 5 more minutes. Pour over ice, add ginger ale and rum, if desired. Garnish with peaches. Enjoy outside after a hard day of work!
Makes 10-12 cups.
