French Toast


This is my first cookbook and this recipe came from it.

5 servings
Ingredients:
10 slices bread
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Heat griddle or skillet to 350°. Beat eggs with and egg beater until foamy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, beat thoroughly. Dip each side of the bread slices in the egg mixture and place on griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
