January Meal Plan 3 – A Mushroom Lovers Meal Plan

Tips for this Meal Plan:
All of these recipes require about 30 minutes to assemble just watch the cooking times when planning.
You need 4 chopped onions for this week’s meals, save yourself some time and chop them all during the first meal you make and put them in the fridge so they are ready when you need them.

Monday: Flaky Mushroom and Cheddar Tarts with Green Apples and Salad

Tuesday: Pappardelle with Beef and Mushroom Ragù

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Soy-Braised Chicken

Thursday: Mushroom and Pappardelle Soup

Friday:  Day off

Saturday: Orecchiette with Turkey and Broccoli

Sunday: Game Day Food

Snack/Dessert: Nutella and Strawberry Crepes

Breakfast: Change up your Oatmeal Routine
