Baked Salmon

It doesn’t get any easier than this!

1 salmon fillet or steak (1-2 lbs.)
Olive oil
Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°.
Rinse salmon steaks or fillets; pat dry with paper towels.
Place in a shallow buttered baking pan.
Brush with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill and parsley.
Bake 25-35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with potatoes or squash and a green vegetable such as beans, peas or brussel sprouts.
