Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
2 c. pumpkin puree; not pumpkin pie filling
4 eggs
¾ c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, and sugar. Add remainder of ingredients, pour into a jelly roll pan and bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Cool and frost.

Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese
¼ c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together & spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
